It’s then over to our Go Refer members. Our invitation-only community of top security, IT and technology professionals will scan the market and recommend people they know for the role. As experts in their respective fields, they fully understand the skills needed for the job and have the necessary contact networks to fill it.
The Go Refer Account Manager reviews the applicants and creates a short list. The hiring company will then conduct the interviews directly and hire whoever they think is best. The member who referred that individual for the job gets paid the reward.
